DRAFT GG — Privacy Policy

DRAFT GG (“the App”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an esports draft-and-simulation game developed and published by Hakan Yiğit Unaç (“the Developer”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App does, and does not, handle when you use it.

We built DRAFT GG to be played instantly, with no account and no sign-up. As a result, we collect almost no information about you. Please read this policy together with our Terms of Use.

1. The short version

  • We do not require an account, email, name, or any sign-up.
  • We do not collect personal information about you, and we do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.
  • The only information that leaves your device is what is strictly necessary to process and restore your optional Pro subscription, which is handled by Apple and by our subscription provider, RevenueCat.
  • Your in-app preferences and progress (such as your daily play count) are stored only on your device.

2. Information we do NOT collect

To be explicit, DRAFT GG does not collect, request, or store any of the following:

  • No account, login, username, email address, phone number, or password.
  • No name, date of birth, or contact details.
  • No advertising identifier (IDFA), and no App Tracking Transparency prompt — we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
  • No analytics or usage-measurement tools (no Google Analytics, Firebase, Crashlytics, Sentry, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).
  • No advertising networks and no third-party ads.
  • No access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location, or health data.
  • No push notifications.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

DRAFT GG offers an optional Pro subscription (auto-renewing). If you choose to subscribe, or to restore a previous purchase, two third parties are involved:

  • Apple App Store is the merchant of record. Your payment is processed entirely by Apple under your Apple ID. We never receive or see your payment-card details, Apple ID, or billing address. Apple’s handling of your data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
  • RevenueCat is the service we use to validate receipts and to tell the App whether your Pro subscription is active (including when you restore purchases on a new device). To do this, RevenueCat processes a limited set of technical data, which may include: a randomly generated anonymous app-user identifier (not linked to your real-world identity), the App Store transaction/receipt and the resulting subscription status, your device model and operating-system version, the app version, your IP address (used to derive approximate location and to help prevent fraud), and your approximate country/region and language. RevenueCat’s processing is governed by its privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/

We use this information solely to deliver, restore, and manage the Pro entitlement and to prevent fraud. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not sell it.

4. Information stored only on your device

To make the App work, we save a few small settings locally on your device (using the operating system’s standard local storage). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or to anyone else. It includes:

  • The number of free tournaments you have played today and the date, so the free daily limit can reset.
  • Your sound and haptics (vibration) preferences.
  • Whether you have completed the first-run introduction.

Deleting the App removes this local data.

5. Network connection

The App checks whether your device has an active internet connection (for example, because free-tier play requires a connection). This check happens on your device only and does not send any information about you to us.

6. Children’s privacy

DRAFT GG is a general-audience entertainment game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children — and because the App does not collect personal information from anyone, this is reinforced by design. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will address it.

7. Your choices and rights

Because we do not hold an account or a personal profile about you:

  • Local data: You can clear all on-device data at any time by deleting the App.
  • Subscriptions: You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). See Section 5 of our Terms of Use.
  • Requests: Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete personal data. Since the only data processed off-device is the limited purchase data described in Section 3, you can contact us (see Section 10) and we will help, including by directing your request to Apple or RevenueCat where the data resides.

8. Third-party services

The App relies on these third parties, each with its own privacy policy:

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these companies, but we chose them as established providers within the iOS ecosystem.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the App adds a new feature. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
